Come down and boogie to some fantastic live music while supporting your local ADHD community! ADHD South Wales’ first ever fundraiser bringings bands, ADHDers and their allies together.
ADHD SOUTH WALES is a grassroots online space launched 2 yearse ago, where people can find peer support, friends, resources and add their voice to the fight for ADHD healthcare & equality.
With your support they hope to:
run regular in-person events where people with ADHD can find support and neurodivergent joy
extend their reach and visibility to those who are currently falling through the cracks
provide workshops so volunteers and members can better support themselves and each other, particularly those who are most vulnerable
We operate Challenge 25 - please bring ID if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 : )
To help make this event as neurodivergent-friendly as possible, we will:
use softer lighting
quieter playlist music
our seating booths will have the music turned down to act as a quieter area (it won’t be completely silent, especially when the live acts are playing! but it will be quieter)
Artists will be asked to check before pulling leads out so no sudden ‘pops’ over the sound system
If anyone would like to look around the venue space first before the live music starts, please head over between 7.30-8pm
